CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Over the years Afroco has built and delivered many buildings in the Gambia, our most important policy is customer satisfaction and after care. Building a home is a major goal for every human being, and here at Afroco we realise this foremost! You invest your valuable savings and energy to finance your home, at the end of the day if you don't get what you have been promised, at Afroco we realise that you will never come back to Afroco, with this philosophy in mind, Afroco will strive its best to satisfy its customers to the maximum. Afroco is here to stay and take care of all your building needs, here at Afroco "The difference is Genuine" .

To facilitate your home building projects Afroco will provide you with the following services during a your building project;

a.    Before you decide to build a home, our designers at Afroco will liaise with you and draw up a plan and a design for the building you want to make, you may also choose or modify a plan from the extensive choice of plans and designs in Afroco's designs & plans bank.

b.    After you  decide on the plan and design of your building, our quantity surveyors at Afroco will calculate and estimate the cost of making the building. *Your budget is important in doing this, if we are informed in advance of your intended expenditure on the building we can draw up a plan and specifications to fit within this limit.

c.    Once the plan is chosen and the contract signed, Afroco will apply for planning permission on your behalf at no cost to you.

d.    The project can start immediately after you pay the initial down payment of 40% (minimum down payment).

d.    During the project Afroco will be in constant touch with you by phone, email, or regular site meetings.

e.    A regular progress update will be given to you with digital pictures emailed to you regularly anywhere in the world.

f.    When we reach a point in the project where we can give you a choice we will inform you of the choices of materials available in the market that could be used on your building such as colour of paint, colour of tiles, etc. *the quality of goods used on your project will depend on the specifications you have chosen and approved.

g.    After the project is completed, Afroco will offer after care service (ACS) on your building for such time as indicated in your contract. *

h.    For our friends who are overseas we also offer repairs and maintenance to your building over a longer period at a little extra cost.

* Standard after care service (ACS -  which is part of the contract) starts from the day the property is completed and the home builder is informed of the completion of his project. This includes the following ;

1.    Wall crack repairs under windows.

2.    Replacement work on broken tiles. *depends on availability of tiles and same colour of tiles.

3.    Roof repair works.

4.    Ceiling repair works.

Please note that all the above services are offered to repair construction defaults only, the after care service (ACS) does not cover breakage, cracks or leakages that arise from wear and tear of materials or misuse of materials by the home builder or anyone in that building.
